Green Memento, a burgeoning online houseplant store, sought to elevate its business operations and maximize sales. Green Memento faced several challenges, including limited online visibility, ineffective marketing strategies, and difficulty in scaling operations. The biggest challenge was creating an initial inventory/stock list and keeping it up to date to avoid overselling. Before the API, the stock needed to be manually entered after a product was uploaded and checked multiple times throughout the day to ensure items were in stock.

After a comprehensive audit of Green Memento’s existing marketing efforts and identifying key areas for improvement. We implemented campaigns for paid ads and search engines, specifically tailored to attract plant enthusiasts. Additionally, we provide ongoing support to optimize e-commerce operations, streamline logistics, and enhance customer service.

We deployed an API that integrates with Shopify and Google Sheets to keep the inventory fresh, up-to-date, and in stock. This allowed more time to focus on the diversity, pricing, and margins for each product on the website.
